RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Young Veda, Herbal research center customer satisfaction is our priority every product is thoughtfully crafted to offer a luxurious Wellness experience we take great care in delivering finest quality ayurvedic products please read our return & refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. RETURNS
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, herbal, and wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a return request
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Original invoice order ID must be provided
2. REFUNDS
Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be initiated.
Refunds are applicable only if
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
REFUND METHOD
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
- It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
3. REPLACEMENT
In eligible cases, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements will be dispatched after verification of the issue.
4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products returned without original packaging
- Orders placed during sales, promotions, or special offers
- Products damaged due to improper use or storage
5. HOW TO RAISE A RETURNREFUND REQUEST
To initiate a request, please contact us with the following details

- Product name
- Clear images or video of the damaged in correct product

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
