12. RETURNS
We strive to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. Returns are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility for Returns
A product may be eligible for return only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect
The issue is reported within [X] days of delivery (recommended: 7 days)
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact
Non-Returnable Items

13. RETURN PROCESS

18. NOTE
The merchant shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience, whether direct or indirect, arising from the decline or failure of authorization of any transaction, including instances where such decline occurs due to the cardholder exceeding transaction limits or limits prescribed by the issuing bank or acquiring bank from time to time.
